In new webcast, Microsoft Dynamics CRM CVP Bob Stutz discusses a vision for game-changing CRM

Bob Stutz, Dynamics CRM CVP

As the corporate vice president for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Bob Stutz wants to pick up the pace of innovation, and he believes other tools in the Microsoft product lineup will make it possible to transform CRM into a new kind of customer-focused, more usable solution--something that doesn't yet exist.

In a webcast last week hosted by DynamicsCafe, Stutz spoke about his vision for CRM, why he wanted to bring his leadership to Microsoft, and how he plans to change Dynamics CRM into a new solution that is, in his words, "about building a different kind of CRM in a world [focused] around consumerization".
