Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center

Microsoft’s latest business application, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, has reached general availability, the company announced today.

The news comes just weeks after the reveal of the app

D365 Contact Center is “a complete but fully-composable solution for contact centers,” according to Microsoft CVP Jeff Comstock in a new blog post. Contact Center is also a “natural evolution” of earlier contact center solutions offered by the company, including most recently the Digital Contact Center Platform, according to Microsoft.
