Like many of you reading this article, I attended Microsoft Convergence 2014 in Atlanta, GA in March looking forward to hearing what the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team has been working on. Being a Microsoft MVP gives me the access to some of the roadmap in advance, but there are always surprises that only the Dynamics CRM team knows about. For example, at Convergence 2013 we learned about Microsoft's acquisition of NetBreeze at the same time as everyone else.

At Convergence 2014 there were several surprises; from the rebranding of NetBreeze and Marketing Pilot to the new capabilities on the CRM roadmap for 2014.

Eight product releases in less than one year. EIGHT!

The product releases are split amongst Dynamics CRM core capabilities, Marketing, Social Listening, and Online Services. I was very impressed by that - every piece of the puzzle is solid. Everything I saw was impressive.

I had to find out if my MVP colleagues shared the same excitement so I decided to take the number eight as the theme for this article. I contacted eight Microsoft MVPs and asked them eight questions about the future of Dynamics CRM.
