HCLTech and Microsoft expand strategic partnership to help transform contact centers with generative AI and cloud-based solutions
HCLTech is expanding its partnership with Microsoft around customer service, the company announced. HCLTech will take over Nuance's Enterprise Professional Services team and contracts, integrating them into its contact center services. HCLTech will become the exclusive partner for these existing contracts and the preferred partner for migrating Nuance customers to Dynamics 365 Contact Center, the companies said.
To support this, HCLTech will run a dedicated "migration factory" to handle these transitions efficiently, while also growing the contact center-as-a-service business for both HCLTech and Microsoft. Additionally, HCLTech will play a key role in new D365 Contact Center projects, according to the companies.
Devsinc acquires Alchemative
Devsinc, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP solutions, has announced its acquisition of Alchemative, a provider of eCommerce and digital retail solutions.
