Use Power Apps to modernize your forms in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

On the Stoneridge Software blog Maryam Umar wrote that almost every time you use Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, you'll work with forms.

She stated that this makes it important to make these forms easy to use and effective. Umar added that by updating your forms, you can make tasks simpler, enter data more accurately, and create a better experience for users.

In her blog post, Umar explained how to use two helpful tools, Power Apps form component control and Power Apps grid control, to improve your forms in D365CE. She noted that these tools let you edit records directly from related tables and create better-looking and more efficient grid views, which makes your CRM system easier to use and more productive.

Audio files in IVR

Writing on his blog, Neil Parkhurst stated that in Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Contact Center (also known as Omnichannel for Customer Service), you can create an interactive voice response (IVR) using Copilot Studio and add audio clips to it.
