Tyler Technologies To Implement Dynamics AX for West Hartford

Tyler Technologies Inc. has signed an agreement to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX with public sector functionality for the town of West Hartford, Connecticut as well as the West Hartford Public Schools in Connecticut to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX. The solution was developed jointly by Tyler and Microsoft. The contract with the West Hartford Schools includes related professional services, licensing, training and support.

West Hartford Public Schools will be the first domestic K-12 installation on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform, according to company officials.

West Hartford selected Tyler Technologies and Dynamics AX for its support of the town's operational and administrative processes, as well as a platform for the future, according to Peter Privitera, director of financial services at the town of West Hartford.

"Microsoft Dynamics AX will help West Hartford manage finances, procurement, human resources and budget control with increased productivity, more effective workforce management, and improved resource alignment," he said in a statement.
