Norsync to Enhance Mobile Data Access for Dynamics CRM

Norsync Technology AS has announced that Microsoft Dynamics CRM will leverage its data synchronization platform.

Norsync's technology will provide Microsoft's global Dynamics CRM customers with offline, mobile access to data, according to company officials. Mobile offline synchronization is generally available to Dynamics CRM Online customers with Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Update 1.

"The new mobile offline capabilities provide a richer offline experience for end users, allowing them to be productive, even when they are on the go," said Param Kahlon, GM, Product Management, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in a statement. "Norsync's technology helped us to rapidly develop and deploy a scalable offline solution that meets enterprise needs."

Infer Introduces New Connector For Microsoft Dynamics 365

Predictive sales and marketing platform Infer has expanded its open ecosystem today with a new connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales. Infer helps businesses fuel more intelligent, successful customer growth strategies with its predictive analytics and AI tools.

Infer’s Dynamics 365 for Sales connector is available beginning November 1. Key capabilities include:

  • Predictive Scoring – Personalized models look at historical CRM data and Infer’s vast library of external signals to identify which prospects are the best fit for a company’s product.
