Elevating Business Central: Warehouse Insight App Upgrade v2.12

Insight Works, a provider of applications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, has released Warehouse Insight v2.12, an upgrade to its warehouse management app that helps companies streamline their inventory and warehouse operations. Warehouse Insight integrates with D365BC.

The Warehouse Insight app integrates with mobile devices and barcodes to help companies operate their warehouses more efficiently, according to the company. The Warehouse Insight app upgrade to v2.12 introduces new features that enable organizations businesses to enhance operations, the company said. 

"Warehouse Insight v2.12 underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence in warehouse management," said Brian Neufeld, director of marketing at Insight Works. "This app version not only introduces exciting new features but also enhances our capability to assist businesses in optimizing their warehouse management practices. With Warehouse Insight v2.12, we are paving the way for future-ready warehouse operations where efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility are at the forefront."

Inogic releases TextSMS4Dynamics – enabling Text SMS features within Dynamics 365 CRM

Inogic, a provider of more than 15 apps for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, has launched TextSMS4Dynamics. TextSMS4Dynamics integrates SMS messaging directly into companies' D365CRM systems, allowing users to send SMS campaigns, updates, or messages directly from within their CRM systems, according to the company.

Instead of switching between different apps or platforms, TextSMS4Dynamics lets users send and receive text messages directly within the CRM interface, the company said. Users can set up automated messages triggered by certain events and even send emojis or images to make their texts more interesting. 

"TextSMS4Dynamics is designed with the specific needs of businesses in mind," said CEO Roohi Shaikh. "It enables businesses to harness the potential of text messaging seamlessly integrated within their CRM ecosystem – a mutually beneficial solution for optimizing communication processes and improving customer experience."
