Quiq announces digital messaging integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Digital messagingplatform Quiq has announced a new integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Quiq’s supported messaging channels include SMS/text, Apple Business Chat, Google Business Messages, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and more, according to the company. With the integration, messaging conversations are recorded automatically as tickets that are attached to contacts in Dynamics 365.
Agents using Quiq can interact with customers across the supported channels while also seeing relevant Dynamics 365 data. Service agents can also update customer information as they interact over digital channels.
