New Microsoft Dynamics CRM Add-On Aims to Help Insurance Agencies Boost Efficiency, Lower Cost, Grow Market Share

CRM consultancy and Microsoft partner InfoGrow is launching a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-on to help health insurance agencies service existing customers and search for new ones more efficiently, all at lower cost.

George Williams, vice president of marketing of the Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio-based firm, said InfoGrow's BenefitsGrowthBuilder is an out-of-the-box solution that will help position insurance agencies to take advantage of the coming sea of change in the health insurance markets instead of being left behind.

"We know healthcare reform is coming and we know it will change how our customers do business," Williams said. "This product helps agencies have closer relationships with their clients and equips them to answer clients' questions. Then the clients, in turn, know the agency is on top of everything and can support their needs because the agency understands them and what they are looking for."

At the heart of BenefitsGrowthBuilder is a single database that gives sales, marketing and customer service staffs access to the same information, enabling them to respond jointly to a new prospect or a problem with an existing customer, he said.

"This is one integrated solution that manages all the activities of an insurance agency and lets everyone know what's going on with a client," Williams said. "And since it's a Microsoft-based product, it fits in well with the other Microsoft products they are already using."
