Microsoft Updates Dynamics CRM Online Licensing and Pricing, Extends Promotions

Microsoft released some licensing and pricing updates for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online earlier this week. Denis Ford, who manages pricing and licensing strategy for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CRM Online, described the updates on the Microsoft Dynamics blog.

Ford writes:

"We are extending our Sales Productivity promotional pricing, doubling down on a combined solution approach with Office 365, offering new purchasing options through our partner community, and new deployment options with Microsoft Azure."

Dynamics CRM Online promotions extended

Ford attributed some of the success of Dynamics CRM Online to Microsoft's Sales Productivity solution and its promotional pricing. Sales Productivity combines capabilities from Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional, Office 365 (Plan E3) and Microsoft PowerBI for mobile sales teams.

"IT departments have shared with us their love for deploying all of their SaaS solutions on a single platform with a rapid time to value, and users love the deep integration of Office, Dynamics CRM Online and PowerBI," says Ford.

Microsoft is renewing its Sales Productivity promotional pricing through the end of September 2015. Web Direct customers can purchase Dynamics CRM Online Professional, Office 365 Plan E3 and PowerBI for $65USD/user/month, while existing Office 365 Plan E3 and E4 customers can add CRM Online Professional and PowerBI for only $45/user/month.

Microsoft has also extended the Connect with Customers promotion in Open License and Connected Cloud promotion for Government Community Cloud, also through the end of September 2015.
