Microsoft Inks Partnership with Enterprise Social Platform Provider Lithium

Lithium Technologies and Microsoft have signed a strategic alliance agreement to integrate Lithium social interactions and community data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

"The close integration of Lithium community data within Microsoft Dynamics offers businesses greater insights from the wealth of customer signals embedded in communities," the company said in a statement.

The announcement comes during Lithium's Linc'15 conference. CRM Analyst Paul Greenberg reported from the event that the relationship will include both technical integration and go to market strategy.

Lithium is another new Dynamics CRM partner from the upper echelons of the broader CRM space, straight off Greenberg's CRM Watchlist 2015. Other recent CRM partnerships have included PROS (for Cameleon CPQ) and Thunderhead.com.
