PowerObjects Releases PowerParature

PowerObjects has released an addition to its PowerPack suite; PowerParature.

The PowerParature add-on lets an organization add a web resource on any entity in Dynamics CRM, giving CRM users the ability to search their organization's Parature knowledge base right from within their Dynamics CRM records, according to company officials.

With this solution, when there is an open record that has the PowerParature web resource deployed on it, the solution will automatically pull related Parature articles into a sub-grid on the form for the CRM user to review, officials said.

To gain access to PowerParature, users have to obtain and set up Parature accounts through Microsoft before implementing PowerParature in their Dynamics CRM systems. Solo, Parature is a help desk software providing customer service over the web providing knowledge base articles, live chat and ticketing to organization's clients.

Neudesic Rolls Out Pulse 4.3

Neudesic has launched Neudesic Pulse 4.3, the latest version of its enterprise collaboration platform aimed at improving communication and interaction throughout the enterprise, and beyond.

Neudesic Pulse 4.3 creates communities that bring together employees and customers, presenting their interactions in a single collective view, according to company officials. Neudesic Pulse adds a social layer to the enterprise by integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outlook, Lync, and other line-of-business systems.
