ClickDimensions acquires marketing dashboard provider Sweetspot

ClickDimensions has announced that it is expanding its marketing platform for D365 by acquiring marketing dashboard provider Sweetspot.

The acquisition gives ClickDimensions' customers easy, on-demand access to analyze and optimize campaign, channel and revenue-impact performance data, according to company officials.

The ClickDimensions Sweetspot offering will combine the features of the Sweetspot marketing dashboard with D365 for Sales and ClickDimensions multi-channel marketing automation data as well as prebuilt views and KPIs based on marketing best practices, officials said. ClickDimensions is targeting summer 2019 for the launch of the new marketing dashboard.

"This acquisition will be tremendously beneficial to our customers and is the next strategic step in our commitment to serving the expanding needs of marketers with the ClickDimensions' marketing cloud for Dynamics," said Mike Dickerson, CEO of ClickDimensions, in a statement.

Lipscomb University partners with Campus Management to further its mission of academic excellence

Campus Management Corp. has announced that Lipscomb University has selected the CampusNexus platform to assist in building a data-powered campus.

Built on Dynamics 365 running on Microsoft Azure, the CampusNexus platform includes CampusNexus Student, CampusNexus Engage, and CampusNexus Finance, HR and Payroll. Lipscomb, a faith-based liberal arts institution, will be using the cloud-based platform to help transform its business processes and academic programs, according to officials of the two organizations.

"Initially we looked to Campus Management for a flexible solution to support our online programs, but once we recognized the platform's full suite of capabilities, we decided to utilize it across the entire university," said Mike Green, senior vice president and CIO, Lipscomb University, in a statement.
