These messages may feel impersonal, so customers don’t connect with them, and sales opportunities get lost. 

Hunt pointed out that the issue is that most systems don't show real-time customer activity, so sales teams react instead of planning ahead. He stated that as leads increase, it becomes hard to keep strong, personal connections with every customer.

In his blog post, Hunt explained how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Copilot optimize the customer journey. He provided real-world examples from customers including Zurich Insurance Group, Lynk & Co., and Investec.
