Microsoft announced today at Convergence 2012 a number of new global ISV partners supporting Microsoft Dynamics products including CRM and AX and pushing ahead key strategic capabilities they hope to promote in the upper middle market and enterprise spaces.

Accenture will be offering a transportation services solution for Dynamics AX 2012. French solution provider Bull will be offering a public sector solution for Dynamics AX and CRM for the local authority market, and becomes a Microsoft 'Global ISV' Partner. Cincom Systems will offer enterprise and manufacturing solutions for AX, and McLane Logistics Technology will offer its distribution solution on AX 2012.

InsideView has gained an additional boost in visibility to the Dynamics CRM user base with its new non-exclusive agreement to provide an out of the box integration to a subset of its capabilities in a future release of Dynamics CRM 2011 at no cost to users.  Account and contact data will be synchronized with data served from InsideView's services, according to a Microsoft representative. The service is limited in the free version, and customers can pay for additional access or shop it against other sales data providers in the marketplace.

Other new Dynamics CRM solution providers will include CareWorks for social services, RedKnee and Convergys for customer care, as well as the previously announced Ericsson solution for call center capabilities.
