Microsoft Dynamics CRM Spring 2014 release wave begins 

The Spring 2014 release wave for Microsoft Dynamics CRM has started its final sweep into shore, arriving for the first set of Dynamics CRM Online customers in the last two days.

The new set of updates includes enhancements to core Dynamics CRM service management capabilities, code named Leo, as well as the integration of new add-on tools for social listening (Subra), and marketing resource management (Mira). An on-premise update, Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1, is expected soon (here's the Microsoft's CRM 2013 SP1 support page) as well to push the same Leo updates.

For those CRM Online customers wondering what to look for when the update is applied, the team at inogic points out that you'll be able to turn on the Leo updates once your system has been upgrade to version 6.1.x. Then there are manual administrative settings to configure for new features like the updated Service Management capabilities and the integration of Social Listening (which requires a separate subscription ).
