CHR Solutions,
a provider of solutions for communications service providers (CSPs), has
entered into a partnership with Microsoft to offer a new billing and customer
care solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and aimed at the CSP
market from consumer to enterprise.
Delivered on premises or in the cloud, CHR's
solution, OMNIA 360, helps CSPs bundle services across all access types
including wireless, landline, cable and broadband, according to company
officials. Features include product catalog management for assigning and
provisioning new IP-based services, rating, billing and invoicing for
enterprise accounts, sales force automation, marketing and customer service,
officials said.
