24 Hour Fitness to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales with Adobe Experience Cloud
24 Hour Fitness, a major U.S. fitness chain, in partnership
with Microsoft and Adobe, announced that it will be deploying Microsoft
Dynamics 365 and Adobe Experience Cloud. The deployment encompasses 420 fitness
club locations nationwide, with the goal of offering more unified and
personalized experiences for members. 24 Hour Fitness wants to provide a
combined view of guests, members, performance, and messaging for its different
business units. The dual implementation of both Microsoft and Adobe is intended
to achieve these goals and boost outreach, security, and scalability through AI
and machine learning capabilities.
Previously, 24 Hour Fitness leveraged Adobe Campaign for SMS, emailing, and mobile push messaging, as well as Adobe Target for cross-channel personalization. By integrating with Dynamics 365 for Sales, 24 Hour Fitness plans to leverage sales data to offer customized recommendations targeted on the basis of geography, interests or loyalty. Additionally, the company intends to provide its 24GO custom coaching platform, underpinned by Adobe Experience Manager in combination with Dynamics 365 to manage content in the form of at-home workouts, class scheduling, and custom workouts.
"Whether it be email communications with a member, a mobile push notification or an SMS communication, we make sure that all our channels are in sync with what the needs of that individual are. It's about giving every one of our members and guests a better and more personalized experience - and ultimately the results they desire," said Tom Lapcevic, executive vice president and chief marketing officer for 24 Hour Fitness, in a statement.
