Storm announces partnership with NaviPartner

Storm Technology, an Ireland-based provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, has partnered with Danish software development company NaviPartner to distribute specialized retail solutions for D365BC.

The partnership enables Storm Technology to offer four new retail-focused omnichannel solutions to new and existing customers. NaviPartner offers four omnichannel solutions: NP Retail, NP Ecommerce, NP Entertainment, and NP WMS, a mobile warehouse management solution with RFID technology for D365BC, the companies said.

"NaviPartner has built an excellent reputation for the supply of high-quality POS, e-Commerce, warehousing and ticketing solutions built on top of Microsoft Business Central and we are confident that this partnership will deliver considerable advantage to both new and existing clients," said Karl Flannery, CEO of Storm Technology.

TTEC Digital introduces WFM adapter for Dynamics 365 Customer Service

TTEC Digital, a customer experience consulting and solution delivery provider, has introduced the Workforce Management (WFM) Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service to provide companies with real-time visibility into the performance of their employees.

With the WFM Adapter managers can track key performance indicators, identify areas where they need to improve, and plan for future workloads, according to the company. This product draws on TTEC Digital's experience building WFM adapters for cloud contact center platforms and expands the company's capabilities to help Dynamics 365 Customer Service customers enhance their workforce operations.

"WFM Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service will help clients uncover innovative strategies to learn from their contact center data and optimize workforce efficiencies," said Dave Seybold, CEO of TTEC Digital, in a statement.
