How to automate and email Dynamics 365 sales reports to management

Writing on the CRM SoftwareBlog, Sam Kumar from Inogic wrote that in many companies that use Dynamics 365 CRM, sales ops teams repeat the same process every week: export reports, save them as PDFs or CSVs, attach them to emails, and send them out.

He noted that what should be automated ends up taking hours of repetitive work. Kumar added that by the time those reports reach leaders, the numbers may already be outdated.

He pointed out that this is why more businesses are rethinking how they automate D365 CRM reporting, so leaders get up-to-date insights without relying on manual weekly updates.

In his post, Kumar explained how to automate and email D365 CRM sales reports to management.

An author writing on the Syvantis Technologies blog explored the challenge of re-using a segment when setting up a marketing journey in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
