Thrio announces contact center integration with Microsoft Dynamics

Thrio Inc., a provider of cloud contact center software has announced its omnichannel integration with Dynamics 365/CRM.

The integration means that customer service agents no longer have to toggle between applications while servicing customers, improving their productivity, according to the company. In addition to voice, Thrio’s integration offers digital channels, including chat, email, and SMS.

Kodak announces expanded printing solution

Kodak has announced the launch of its Kodak Prinergy on Demand Business Solutions. Kodak has collaborated with software providers, including Microsoft, PrintVis and Vpress, to create comprehensive software for all applications and printers of any size.

Prinergy On Demand Business Solutions combines Office, CRM, ERP and MIS functionality with collaboration solutions, web-to-print and the Prinergy On Demand production workflow in one cloud-based platform, according to the company.

Prinergy is hosted on Azure. The print-specific ERP/MIS component based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central came from PrintVis while VPress contributed advanced web-to-print, e-commerce storefront and VDP authoring functionality, the company said.
