Consent management in Customer Insights – Journeys
Writing on her blog, Megan Walker stated that dealing with bounced emails, blocks, and consent issues isn't exactly fun.
However, she noted that if you're sending emails to prospects, customers, or subscribers, it's something you can't ignore. Although plenty of people have shared ways to handle this, sometimes you’ll still need to step in manually.
Walker wrote that if you haven't already started reviewing your emails in live or completed journeys, now's a good time to start.

What’s coming in 2025 wave 2: Dynamics 365 Sales
Writing on her blog, Dian Taylor explored what's new in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales with the latest 2025 Release Wave 2 plans. She wrote that one of the best new features lets you connect AI assistants, such as ChatGPT or Claude directly to D365 Sales using a Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, which she sees reducing the need for complicated integrations related to AI agents.
Another feature Taylor discussed enables you to accelerate data entry using the form fill assistant toolbar, making filling out forms in D365 Sales even faster.
