Henry is a Principal Consultant with Longview International Technology Solutions. His current role is as Dynamic CRM SME and Integration Specialist at one of the largest Departments of the United States government where he focuses on implementing new technologies and methods of integration across a large number of deployments. With more than 25 years of technology and business consulting experience, Henry has been deemed a CRM Industry Veteran by CRM Magazine and MSDynamicsworld.com.
Henry is recognized as a seasoned CRM/SFA and technology veteran highly experienced with Dynamics CRM SharePoint, Office365 and the infrastructure that supports them. Henry has contributed work to a number of Microsoft White Papers and articles. He is also a content contributor to the Microsoft CRM certification exams and actively participates as a contributor and presenter at MS Dynamics World, and Dynamics CRM Communities.
As a sitting committee member of the Washington DC Dynamics CRM User Group, Henry strongly promotes the concept of mentoring and community knowledge sharing. He is also recognized as an active participant in the Microsoft Technology Adoption Program and a member of the Microsoft Association of Practicing Architects (MAPA)
Due to his deep functional and technical knowledge of CRM and the Microsoft environments, Henry has provided guidance, solution review, technical support and crisis remediation to numerous organization. His ability to think outside the box and deconstruct problems has afforded him the ability to be engaged directly by Microsoft in some instances.
With a truly diverse set of skills, he uses a consultative approach to envisioning and deploying xRM solutions. He has a wide range of experience with clients of all sizes and has held the role of CRM Practice Lead for a large national Microsoft partner.
