Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM Client Spotlight: Hamilton Company

When global equipment manufacturer, Hamilton Company, started their search for a new ERP, they knew they wanted a solution that would grow with them. Alex Ingram, IT Director at Hamilton says, “Among the things that attracted us to the D365 Microsoft solution, was that unlike other ERP solutions in the marketplace that are very mature, and have become stagnant in their development, is that Microsoft is continuing to invest in Dynamic 365.”

With a new ERP, Hamilton needs to manage their extremely complex operation that comprises configure-to-order and engineer-to-order processes. The system has to support development, design, and production on four different platforms for Hamilton robotic equipment while also facilitating the high-volume business of syringes, pipettes, and other products. In addition, the company sought to manage its services on the same software system.

Watch this video to hear about Hamilton, how they selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (also known as D365 Finance and Operations), HR and Field Service; as well as their approach to successfully implement the ERP solution.
