Pocketstop integrates communication, loyalty solutions with Dynamics AX, CRM
Pocketstop, a Dallas-based provider of digital and mobile communication solutions has announced that it will be integrating two of its products with Microsoft Dynamics products.
Pocketstop's Loyalty and Rewards Platform will integrate with Dynamics AX 2012. The platform helps companies build consumer profiles, track customer activities, reward specific behaviors, and manage gift card or electronic rewards. Program data is then accessible in a portal.
The company will also be integrating its multi-channel Broadcast API and other digital marketing capabilities into Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
Pocketstop's Broadcast API (application programming interface) enables customers to integrate the latest notification technology into new or the existing applications they teams are already using, officials said. It adds multi-channel notification broadcasting services to almost any existing application on an HTTP-supported platform.
Pocketshop officials said the partnership with Microsoft Dynamics, will enhance card-based loyalty with mobile, social and digital technologies.
The company is already a Microsoft development partner. They recently achieved a Microsoft Silver Application Development Competency. Their customer list includes notable brands like Jones Lang LaSalle, Frito Lay; 7-Eleven; Alon; and Auntie Anne's.
"We chose to align our offerings with Microsoft Dynamics products because they help us deliver solutions that are familiar to users, improve performance and bring additional reliability and trustworthiness to our platforms, which not only increases the satisfaction of our own customers but also gives us an edge in this competitive digital communications market," said Daniel Wagstaff, Chief Executive Officer, Pocketstop, in a statement.
