Process automation vendor Nintex has announced eSignature and digital transaction management vendor AssureSign.

The deal will allow Nintex to "meet customer demand for a native eSignature capability within the Nintex Process Platform," according to the company.

AssureSign has operated for years in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space and other software markets. They have had notable customer wins in the Microsoft space and have forged partnerships with Dynamics VARs and ISVs in the past.

Nintex CEO Eric Johnson stated that integrating AssureSign's technology into the Nintex platform will provide customers with a native eSignature option.
