New Tool Eases Importing of Data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

CRM Innovation LLC announced a new tool for importing data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. It says the tool, Data2CRM, "is a visually intuitive data import and migration tool that redefines the user experience for moving data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0."

It says the ease of use applies to moving outside data from salesforce.com, Act or other sales force automation systems into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

CRM Innovation adds that the unique visual data mapper with its preflight, import preview, and drag and drop interface eliminates undo's and redo's. Its non-technical approach uses a drag-and-drop technology that brings back a look-a-like of the CRM form. Users can preview the import and see the data exactly as it will appear in a real CRM form. There is no need to remember  attribute schema names. Users can edit the source data within the system to correct errors before the import.

Data2CRM is offered as a Software+Services solution. CRM Innovation hosts all the technology necessary to create the data map, process the import and report on the results. There is no code to install or manage on the CRM server or on the client computer. It works with all implementation scenarios of CRM 4.0 - Online, On-Premise or Partner Hosted.
