Resco Releases MobileCRM 2012 Productivity Update

Resco, a provider of software solutions for mobile CRM and ERP users, has launched Resco MobileCRM 2012 Productivity Update. The new version of MobileCRM Productivity Update offers new features that boost mobile users' productivity in their daily routines, according to the company.

One new feature, the dashboard, displays key entities, records and information in a well arranged and visually clear grid, company officials said. The dashboard, which is supported on all tablet platforms such as iPad, Android and Windows tablets can also include configurable views, IFrames and charts.

"The existing maps were redesigned and now show multiple accounts, contacts or leads at the same time," according to the company. "The tags are visually distinguished and interactive-after tapping the tag, detail of the record is displayed."

The Android app has also been improved, the company said. The network layer was reengineered to increase the performance and now the CRM attachments can be opened with third party applications, which means mobile users can work quickly with the attachments.

Another new feature is phone call tracking on iPhone. Using this feature, mobile users can track all their calls and send them back to the Dynamics CRM. Additionally, the MobileCRM app now supports full multitasking on the iOS platform.

Resco said it's also improved its customization and administration tool, Woodford, which now enables users to easily configure the dashboard and charts. Woodford also offers filters that can be defined by users including synchronization, as well as search and view.
