Microsoft introduces Customer Voice for feedback management

by Jason Gumpert
Editor, MSDynamicsWorld.com

Microsoft has revealed Customer Voice, a feedback management solution that steps into the space left by the recently retired Voice of the Customer.

Customer Voice is "an enterprise-grade Feedback Management Solution (FMS) to capture and incorporate real-time feedback into a unified view of customers and drive action in the moments that matter," according to Microsoft's Alysa Taylor, corporate vice president for business applications and industry, who announced the product in a new blog post.

Customer Voice appears to rely on the capabilities of Microsoft Forms Pro, the company's Power Platform-connected form and survey creation platform. We've reached out to Microsoft to understand if Customer Voice replaces Forms Pro or sits alongside it.
