Microsoft Dynamics Partners Prepare for Presence at Major Retail Convention

As Microsoft gears up for next week's National Retail Federation (NRF) Annual Convention and Expo in New York from January 9-12, Microsoft Dynamics partners are also preparing to make their case for a sophisticated new vision of retail management and strategy through integrated software solutions.

At the NRF event Microsoft plans to showcase how it and its partners can help retailers become more customer centric in their approaches, which entails better leveraging their CRM capabilities, deeper integration of ERP data, and driving Web 2.0 experiences through adaptive websites and social media to serve customers at an individual level-in their living rooms, through the Web and in-store.

Marketing analytics firm Lift361 LLC announced it has started developing Retail Decision Analytics Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The Lift361 solutions will let retailers get the most out of their customer relationship management (CRM) investments to lift customer performance, lifetime value, sales, margins and profits using its advanced algorithms, predictive modeling and reporting, according to company officials.

At the event, Lift361 says it intends to demonstrate how retailers can build retail operations "fueled by an integrated back office, integrated retail management and ERP through the rapid delivery of strategic line of business solutions."

Lift361's solutions, which power CRM programs for some of the world's most recognized retail brands, will now be available to retailers through the worldwide Microsoft Dynamics partner channel, according to the company.

Chicago-based Junction Solutions, a provider of vertical market-specific software applications and services for the multi-channel retail and food and beverage industries, will also debut its end-to-end, cross-channel technology strategy ...
