NASSCOM implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 with OnActuate

The National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) has implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 in partnership with OnActuate, a technology and consulting firm. The project was completed within 14 months and went live in December 2022.

NASSCOM chose cloud-hosted Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dynamics 365 CE) as its new CRM solution to help improve its marketing capabilities, drive higher sales, and provide better customer service, according to the companies. Dynamics 365 CE lets NASSCOM streamline its customer service operations and provide real-time insights into customer interactions.

Microsoft Dynamics ISVs Formpipe and Dooap develop collaborative partnership

Formpipe Software and Dooap have announced a new partnership. Because both companies offer complementary software solutions to the Dynamics ecosystem, the partnership is based on supporting their similar strategic goals in North America and Europe, according to the companies.

"This partnership of two strong ISVs provides Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM customers with a modern and complete solution for the entire AP and document management process – end to end, said Mikko Hytonen, CEO for Dooap. "An efficient AP process is a must-have for any modern company, and together with Formpipe we help companies to get their automation to the next level."
