Systems integrator Flintech launches customer issue resolution and tracking Power App for retailers

Flintech, a systems integrator, has launched a new Power App to help retailers manage and track customer issues and boost service levels. The Flintech Customer Issue Resolution and Tracking Power App will retailers resolve customer-reported issues more efficiently and ensure they comply customer service policies and the Consumer Bill of Rights, according to the company.

A major department store chain has already implemented the Flintech Customer Issue Resolution and Tracking Power App. The retailer is using the app to empower store colleagues to tackle and resolve any customer issues that arise, the company said.
