Memphis Grizzlies Team with Green Beacon Solutions on Dynamics CRM Online

Green Beacon Solutions has implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for the Memphis Grizzlies NBA Basketball Team.

At the heart of the solution is Green Beacon's Sports CRM platform that provides direct integration with the team's TicketMaster ticketing system, synchronizing customer games, event, and purchase information with CRM.

One of the largest sales process complaints was the inability to manage customer call lists in the ticketing system. Green Beacon's Sports CRM platform provided a simple, dashboard-driven approach that eliminated prep time, and it is now allowing the Grizzlies' reps to focus on the relationship building that's crucial in professional sports.

LinkFresh ERP Rolls Out New Farming Enhancements

LinkFresh, a provider of supply chain ERP solutions designed specifically for the fresh food industry, has announced the latest product release for its LinkFresh ERP suite on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

The latest release includes features for food supply chain users, including 13 new enhancements to the LinkFresh Farming module, and additional improvements to the warehouse mobility and production touch-screen services, company officials said.

LinkFresh Farming functionality has been enhanced with additional features including the introduction of works orders, crop/harvest planning, harvest shrinkage and harvest resource allocation, according to officials.
