Intellitec earns Microsoft Silver Cloud CRM Competency

Intellitec Solutions has announced that it has achieved a Silver Cloud Customer Relationship Management competency, demonstrating its ability to meet the evolving needs of Microsoft's customers.

Intellitec Solutions focuses on helping companies make unique use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, helping them use online web-based portals that integrate with Dynamics CRM and configuring custom object in the cloud based database to make an effective use of the workflows and automated processes of Dynamics CRM, according to company officials.

"This Microsoft competency showcases our expertise and commitment in today's technology market, and demonstrates our continual support as the Microsoft Sales and Service functionality continues to evolve," said Rick Sommer, president of Intellitec Solutions, in a statement. "Our plan is to accelerate our customers' success by serving as technology advisers as the offerings grow."

Wilkinson Healthcare deploys Dynamics NAV

UK-based medical appliance wholesaler Wilkinson Healthcare has selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV from The NAV People to support its central business functions and provide a flexible and scalable platform to support the company's growth.

Dynamics NAV has helped the company eliminate the need for manual entry of approximately 650 orders daily and radically improve the level of visibility across the company, delivering real-time data on number of orders, stock levels and invoicing, according to company officials.
