Professional services firm, MNP, joins forces with Betach Solutions

Professional services firm MNP LLP has acquired Betach Solutions, a Microsoft online services implementer that specializes in custom implementations using Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Field Service, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

MNP has been recognized by Microsoft Canada with Impact Awards in six of the last seven years, including most recently in 2023 as a winner of the Power Platform Impact Award. The acquisition boosts Betach’s ability to help its clients succeed and enhances MNP's digital practice, according to the companies.

ARP Ideas partners with Trustpilot: a new era of customer feedback integration

IT and digital transformation consultancy ARP Ideas has teamed up with Trustpilot, a review platform that helps businesses collect and leverage genuine customer feedback, to launch a CRM and customer insight powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The solution will offer organizations an integrated platform for CRM capabilities and customer insights to help their clients be more competitive, according to the companies.

Integrating Trustpilot reviews directly in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer record will give organizations a unified view of their customers. This will enable marketing, sales, and service teams to access real-time feedback and connect it with other key data to enhance all their customer interactions, the companies said.
