Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Release Preview Guide

In announcing the new release preview guide for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, Microsoft CVP Bob Stutz begins with a question about the future of CRM: "[A]re you ready for something new?"

The guide, another step in the preparation for the upcoming late 2013 release of the next major version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, looks at Dynamics CRM 2013 (a.k.a. 'Orion') from the perspective of five investment areas: user experience, process, tablet and mobile, enterprise collaboration, and platform enhancements.

The guide organizes the most fundamental enhancements in the upcoming release - areas that the Dynamics CRM team has been preparing users and partners about for the last year.  For example, it explains that the guided processes can span multiple entities, and even shows off the process designer's clean interface.  The guide also reveals that Microsoft will make a library of business processes available for download in the Dynamics Marketplace.
