On the Dynamics NAV Team Blog, the team explained that the Report Viewer component in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is impacted by font scaling issues.
Different Dynamics NAV platforms embed different Report Viewer builds, coming from different SQL Server Reporting Services releases and updates.
The NAV team noted that the SQL Server Reporting Services team has recently released a Report Viewer 2019 build update that mitigates the high DPI font scaling issue when printing. And the Dynamics SMB development team is implementing this update into the latest NAV platforms.
