Streamline workflows and boost productivity with Dynamics 365 and Power Automate

An author writing on the Beringer Technology Group blog stated that Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM combined with Power Automate enables companies to automate processes, eliminate manual tasks, and operate more efficiently. In the blog post, the author explained how integrating D365 CRM and Power Automate can help organizations streamline workflow automation from lead management to data synchronization as well as boost productivity.

Power Automate's user-friendly, no-code/low-code platform seamlessly integrates with Dynamics 365. With a wide range of connectors and pre-built templates, users can quickly design and implement tailored workflows.

The author also offered some examples of flows that companies can automate, such as lead qualification.

Sales sequences

Writing on his blog, Neil Parkhurst stated that until recently he had never used the sales sequence feature in Dynamics 365 CRM. Consequently, he decided to explain the concept. Parkhurst stated that sales sequences are available if you have a Sales Enterprise or Sales Premium license.

One simple example of a sales sequence might be if you want to send an automated email introducing your company. And then maybe schedule a call for 'n' days' time once the recipient has opened the email. But if the potential customer immediately replied to the email possibly you want to halt the sequence and cancel the phone call.

Parkhurst stated that sellers can access sequences in the main form of the target record, or they can use the sales accelerator workspace to manage their "to-do" lists. He then discussed the sales accelerator workspace and explained how to set up the sales accelerator if you want to use it. He also explained how to build sequences.
