Generating QR codes within Dynamics 365

An author writing on the Ellipse Solutions blog stated that one powerful new feature in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is the ability to create QR codes. These small, scannable codes can be used to improve customer interactions, track assets, and simplify inventory management.

In the post, the author looked at why QR codes are valuable in D365 F&O and how they help companies work smarter in the digital age. For example, if your organization needs to show legal details or item information in a SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report, a QR code can accomplish this. The author then explained how to set this up.
