Create beautiful quote and order emails with Customer Insights – Journeys
Writing on her blog, Megan Walker stated that one useful feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys that often gets overlooked is lists in real-time emails.
Walker wrote that lists let you show details about related records. For example, she noted that you can display contacts connected to an account, speakers linked to an event, or products tied to a quote or order.
Walker pointed out that if you've checked out the email templates Microsoft provides, such as the order confirmation ones, you’ll notice they look helpful, but they only use sample data – they won’t show your actual products. However, she noted that they’re great for getting ideas.
In her blog post, Walker explained in detail how to create clear, attractive quote and order emails for your company that include real product information from your system.
