Pipeline optimization: How to prioritize and close more deals

On the Microsoft Dynamics 365 blog, Jayme Mesecher wrote that data is often seen as the key to business success, but for many sales teams, using it effectively can be a challenge. 

She noted that the challenge lies in ensuring sales reps focus on the right leads, track the progress of their deals, and accurately predict the outcomes of their efforts.

Mesecher stated that main issue is prioritizing the sales pipeline. She explained that without clear, data-driven guidance, teams rely on guesswork, intuition, or outdated CRM tools, which leads to missed opportunities, wasted time, and inaccurate forecasts. While real-time insights are nice, they're not always available. However, Mesecher stated that AI-powered predictive analytics offers a solution by providing better guidance and more accurate forecasts.

In her blog post, Mesecher explained how sales teams can use Dynamics 365 Sales and Copilot in D365 Sales to prioritize their pipelines, make accurate forecasts, and close more deals.
