Sales agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot with Dynamics 365: pilot to production
Writing on the New Dynamic LLC blog, Travis South stated that sales agent projects can start at very different stages.
South explained how the sales agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot connects with D365 Sales. But simply turning on the agent is not enough, he stated. Organizations first need reliable sales data, the right access controls, and a clear sales process they can support. Once those basics are in place, testing the agent and measuring its results become more useful.
In his post, South outlined the steps for moving the sales agent from a pilot to full deployment, including preparing data, setting permissions, testing results, and measuring performance.
