How to send reminders in Business Central

On his blog, Alberto Soben wrote that reminders are a significant help in the accounts receivables module. 

In his blog post, Soben first explained that reminders let you handle pending payments with your customers. He noted that when they forget to pay their invoices, you can set up processes to let them know their payments are due.
