Microsoft to broaden access to FastTrack customer success program for Dynamics 365

Microsoft is expanding the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 program in January 2021 with new offerings for lower-spending customers.

For the larger deployments that already receive benefits during their implementation, little will change. But for customers spending $100,000 to $300,000, or just below the previous threshold, there are new tools and services available via partners and new promises of monitoring and engagement by Microsoft during an implementation.
