Maplytics announces Dynamics 365 CRM mobile app integration

Inogic has announced that its flagship product, Maplytics, is now integrated with the Dynamics 365 CRM mobile app, the Dynamics 365 Sales mobile app, as well as the Power Apps mobile apps.

Maplytics is a geo-analytical mapping app that provides maps and Dynamics 365 CRM integration on an interactive map interface within Dynamics 365 CRM, according to the company. Maplytics offers such features as territory management, radius search, appointment planner, and routing.

Highlights of Maplytics on mobile include:

  • Proximity search: Sales reps going in the field can search and plot nearby clients/CRM records over the map within a particular radius in miles around a preferred location.
  • Optimized routing: plans the shortest travel route in terms of distance and time.
  • Check-in/check-out: Sales reps can check into a meeting while in the field and check out once the meeting is finished.
  • Turn-by-turn navigation: Sales reps in the field can view detailed directions to reach an appointment location using Google Maps or the Waze app.

Exeevo extends life sciences platforms with new capabilities for customer and patient experience with spring 2021 release

Exeevo, a customer experience platform for healthcare and life sciences organizations, has announced that it has completed its spring 2021 release cycle with new capabilities for customer and patient experiences. Exeevo is built with Dynamics 365, Azure, Teams, and the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.

The company is offering its Omnipresence platform subscribers an enhanced user experience, including deeper integration with Outlook and multilingual support throughout the platform, according to the company.

Exeevo's Omnicare platform has new capabilities for "patient screeners, clinical study enrollment, and the management of patient websites for conducting education and support activities with life sciences organizations." And the company's Omnisight platform provides new insights to help marketers better engage with customers, patients, and accounts.
