Microsoft announced that its Dynamics CRM 2011 Release Candidate (RC) is now available for download in the Microsoft Download Center.

In a statement, Microsoft confirmed that this "is the last external milestone before the CRM Online Release to Web (RTW) launch in January 2011, and the on-premises Release to Manufacturing (RTM) in Q1, 2011".

Dynamics CRM 2011 has already generated quite a bit of enthusiasm from resellers and beta testers for its improved UI, tight Outlook integration, and improved BI capabilties.

Additional improvements focus on the xRM platform for building new relationship management applications and new developer tools for bundling solutions for easier deployment in both on-premise and online instances of CRM 2011.

Microsoft has been aggressive with its pricing for CRM Online as well as its incentives to attract migrations from its major competitors like Salesforce.com

CRM Online Beta customers will stay with the Beta instance until the CRM Online Release To Web in January, when they can upgrade the Beta instance.
