When we add new items in Microsoft Dynamics 365 model driven apps to the sub areas like My Work, Customers, Sales etc. in the left side pane, the list of items grows longer, making it difficult to navigate when looking for a specific item.

To shorten this time-consuming process, in 2021 release wave 2, which extends from October 2021 to March 2022, Microsoft has come up with an improved design in model driven apps that allows us to create collapsible sub areas to ease accessibility and improve efficiency

To implement this enhanced approach, sign into Power Apps, select your environment:

 Select Apps from the navigation bar along the left side of the page.
