CWR Mobility Secures $1.5M in Series B Funding

CWR Mobility, a leading provider of mobility solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM,
has secured Series B financing of $1.5M--an investment round led by new investor,
HENQ Invest with additional participation from PPM Oost Nederland, and existing
investor, TIIN Capital, B.V.

CWR Mobility will use the money to expand international sales and marketing to
key partners, resellers and customers. Additionally, the company will fund product
development to add support for tablet and smartphone platforms such as the iPad and
Android platforms, increasing its support across iPhone, Windows Phone and BlackBerry
mobile devices.

“Since adding smart clients for iPhone and BlackBerry to our Windows Phone platform
in January 2010, we have seen tremendous demand and positive feedback from
customers and partners,” said Mark H. Corley, CEO of CWR Mobility, Microsoft’s
Mobility Partner of the Year in 2010, in a statement. “The additional resources from this
new investment will accelerate our momentum with customers and partners, and will
increase the success of our leading mobility solution for Dynamics CRM.”

Herman Hintzen, CFO of HENQ Invest, said he views the commitment as a great
opportunity for his company to participate in the mobility sector and invest in a company
with a strong leadership team, market-leading products, impressive market momentum,
and a track record of continuous quarter-over-quarter success.
