ClickDimensions turns 3, reports revenue, customers base growth

As marketing automation vendor for Microsoft Dynamics CRM ClickDimensions celebrates its third birthday and CEO John Gravely is sharing some interesting insight into the company's growth.

For one thing, the company's internal team is growing rapidly, particularly its development team in Tel Aviv, he said. Currently, ClickDimensions has 48 employees - 42 direct team members and six long-term contractors - 26 of whom work in the company's Tel Aviv development center. The firm plans to add a marketing director and other roles by the end of June, bringing the number of workers to over 50.

The company grew its revenue by 248% in 2012, and they have reportedly seen steady revenue growth since January 2011, Gravely reported. They have already exceeded 75% of 2012 revenue through May.

ClickDimensions now has four times as much cash in the bank as the amount of funding it took at the end of 2011, when it raised Series A financing from Canal Partners LLC, according to Gravely.

At the beginning of 2013, the company said it had hit the following milestones:

  • Grew customer base by 132%
  • Grew employee count by 143%
  • Ended the year with 341 signed reselling partners in 45 countries
  • Was awarded the 2012 Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace Solution Excellence Partner of the Year Award by Microsoft
  • Reached over 50 product reviews on the Microsoft marketplace averaging 5 stars
  • Produced three major product releases
  • Certified 63 ClickDimensions consulting professionals within the ClickDimensions partner channel
  • Added a Fargo, ND office and expanded the Atlanta, GA and Tel Aviv, Israel offices
